01Scope of this policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Lunora (Android package com.lunora.social) handles information when you use the app. By using Lunora, you acknowledge the practices described here.
Lunora is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly offer the app to, or collect information from, anyone under 18.
02The only app information we keep
Lunora limits its own stored app information to the following three categories:
These categories are used only so Lunora can remember your app status, maintain your coin balance, and provide subscription benefits.
03Information we do not collect
Lunora does not collect or store your name, phone number, postal address, contacts, precise or approximate location, advertising identifier, device identifier, photographs, payment-card details, browsing history, health information, or analytics data.
We do not sell personal information, use it for targeted advertising, create marketing profiles, or share Lunora's locally stored User ID, coin information, or subscription information with data brokers.
04Local use and storage
The User ID, coin information, and subscription information are stored on your phone and used locally by Lunora. Lunora does not upload these records to a developer-operated cloud database.
The records remain on the device until they are cleared through an available reset function, the app's storage is cleared through Android settings, or Lunora is uninstalled. Device backups, if enabled by you or your device provider, are controlled by your Android or backup settings rather than by Lunora.
05Subscriptions and coin purchases
Lunora offers automatically renewing subscriptions and one-time coin purchases through Google Play. Google Play processes the transaction and may handle payment and purchase information under Google's own privacy terms. Lunora does not receive or store your full payment-card details.
Lunora uses only the resulting purchase entitlement or transaction status needed to apply your subscription or coins. Google Play's handling of information is governed by Google's policies and your Google Play settings.
06Your choices and control
You can clear Lunora's local app information using an in-app reset option when available, by clearing the app's storage in Android settings, or by uninstalling the app. Clearing data may permanently remove your local User ID and coin records.
Subscriptions are managed separately through Google Play. Clearing app data or uninstalling Lunora does not cancel an active subscription. You can manage or cancel it in Google Play.
07Security and retention
Keeping data on your phone reduces remote collection, but no device is completely secure. Protect your device with a screen lock, current system updates, and other security controls available to you.
Lunora retains the limited local records only for as long as they remain in the app's storage on your device. Because we do not hold these local records on our servers, we cannot retrieve them after they are deleted from your phone.
08Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when Lunora's practices, features, or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top will identify the latest version. Material changes may also be presented in the app where appropriate.
