01Acceptance and eligibility

By downloading, accessing, or using Lunora, you agree to this User Agreement and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Lunora.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Lunora. By using the app, you represent that you are 18 or older and legally able to enter into this agreement.

02The Lunora service

Lunora is an entertainment experience featuring fictional AI characters, conversational features, virtual park activities, digital coins, character looks, and optional membership benefits. Features may change as the experience evolves.

Lunora is not a medical, mental-health, legal, financial, emergency, or professional-advice service. Do not rely on a character response for decisions requiring qualified professional judgment. If you face an emergency, contact the appropriate local emergency service.

03Acceptable use

You agree to use Lunora lawfully and respectfully. You must not:

• Use the app to create, request, promote, or distribute unlawful, threatening, abusive, exploitative, or infringing material.
• Attempt to bypass security, payment, age, coin, membership, or technical restrictions.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, automate access to, interfere with, or overload the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Misrepresent AI-generated material as verified fact or use it to impersonate, deceive, harass, or harm another person.
• Exploit bugs, manipulate balances, or obtain coins, memberships, or digital benefits without valid authorization.

04Fictional characters and AI output

Lunora's characters are fictional. Their personalities, statements, emotions, and relationships are part of an entertainment experience and do not represent real people, consciousness, professional expertise, or promises made by Lunora.

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, or inappropriate. You are responsible for evaluating it and for how you use it. Do not submit content that you do not have the right to use.

05Coins and one-time purchases

Coins are limited, non-cash digital items for eligible features inside Lunora. They have no monetary value outside the app, are not a bank balance or stored-value account, cannot earn interest, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Coin packs are one-time purchases processed through Google Play. Prices and quantities shown at checkout control the transaction. Except where required by Google Play policy or applicable law, used digital items and delivered coin purchases are not refundable. You are responsible for confirming a purchase before completing it.

06Subscriptions and membership

Lunora may offer weekly, monthly, seasonal, annual, or other membership plans displayed in the app. A membership may include selected benefits such as ad-free eligible experiences, bonus coins, member identity, or other plan-specific benefits.

Membership subscriptions may renew automatically through Google Play unless canceled. The plan, price, duration, benefits, renewal timing, and cancellation controls displayed at purchase apply. Review the prominent Lunora Membership Agreement before subscribing.

07Intellectual property

Lunora and its visual design, characters, text, software, sounds, graphics, and other service materials are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. This agreement gives you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the app for its intended entertainment purpose.

No right to copy, sell, sublicense, distribute, or create unauthorized derivative services is granted.

08Updates and availability

We may update, add, limit, suspend, or discontinue features for maintenance, security, legal, operational, or product reasons. Internet-dependent features may be unavailable because of connectivity, provider, device, or platform conditions.

We do not promise that Lunora will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or Android version.

09Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lunora is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use Lunora. Nothing in this agreement excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10Restriction or suspension

We may restrict or suspend access to Lunora where reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, material violations of these terms, security threats, payment abuse, exploitation, or harm to the service or others. Provisions that by their nature should survive will remain effective after access ends.

11General terms

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver. We may update these terms to reflect changes in the service, law, or platform requirements, with the new effective date shown above.

Mandatory consumer protections and laws in your place of residence remain unaffected.
